EQUISYSTEM – PIONEER IN INNOVATIVE RIDING SURFACES
One of the most important decisions that equestrian centers have to make is choosing the right riding surface. A correctly prepared surface allows training in all weather conditions and is also safe for the horses. The modern “Ebb and Flow” technology meets these requirements.

Innovative “Ebb and Flow” system
The innovative “Ebb and Flow” system offered by Equisystem is fully automatic and precise. It works both outdoors and indoors (e.g., dressage arenas, jumping arenas, warm-up areas) – outdoors with drainage and irrigation, indoors with irrigation. It ensures safety and comfort even in extreme weather conditions such as intense heat or heavy rainfall.

FOR ANY SURFACE
The system can be installed on any type of surface – without additional soil compaction. Installation begins with laying an insulating film over the natural ground. The system is then installed with permeable pipes connected to a control unit.

LONG DURABILITY AND ELASTICITY
Two types of gravel are used for the ground system. The first layer serves as a filter. The second consists of quartz sand – a material with optimal hardness that is highly resistant to pressure from horses' hooves. This prevents the ground system from becoming too compacted. The properties of quartz sand make it elastic and springy – these properties are further enhanced by adding geotextile chips.

OPTIMAL MOISTURE
The moisture in the upper sand layer is regulated by installed pressure sensors that enable capillary water absorption. Every square meter of the riding surface is evenly watered.

PERFECT PRECISION
Each installation step must be carried out with precision. Before laying the foil and the next layers of soil, precise leveling is carried out using laser technology.

The longevity of the riding surface depends not only on the technology, but also on trained personnel and the right machinery. Equestrian clubs such as KJ Białystok, Olimpia, Agmaja, Poczernin, and numerous stud farms also use the system. In addition, it is used in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Norway, and Kazakhstan.
